
Studying online gives you total flexibility to study when and where works for you. You'll have access to a set of online learning tools, including study materials written by our team of specialist authors, links to useful websites and resources, and forums where you can share your thoughts and ideas with other learners.
The online study route includes five mandatory units, and you’ll also choose three optional units from one of three optional unit groups, giving you a total of eight units.

The Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice is a vocational qualification for frontline practitioners, of an equivalent standard to an A-level, which will provide you with the knowledge and understanding of a range of key areas in delivering housing services.
Qualifications at this level will enable you to be an effective housing practitioner and will provide you with a broader understanding of how your organisation and others in the housing sector work.
On completion of this qualification, you will be eligible for CIH certified practitioner CertCIH status. Your certificate will indicate the combination of units you studied.
Successful completion of this qualification will prepare you for the Level 4 Certificate in Housing, and is the first step on the route towards CIH chartered Membership CIHCM.
This qualification is suitable for anyone working in a frontline capacity in a housing role.
To register on this qualification you must be working in either a paid or voluntary capacity in housing. In addition you must have completed either:

housing sector.
