Eileen is a popular trainer with 45 years’ experience in social rented housing. She began training for Chartered Institute of Housing in 1979 and quickly became a sought-after trainer due to her depth of knowledge and her engaging style.
Her passion is asset management and she has a particular interest in dampness, condensation and mould, to the point of being called a nerd! She is also an excellent trainer for presentation skills and public speaking having lectured at a local college on this topic for over 14 years.
