This online training course aims to provide you with an introduction/refresher to the essential features of the law within housing management.

At the end of this online training course you'll be able to:

  • Understand the legal framework in which housing management law is conducted
  • Explain law related to different types of tenancy
  • Grasp tenancy enforcement and alternatives
  • Understand law concerning rent income collection and law to tackle anti-social behaviour
  • Know how to work with other professionals within the court system
  • Have the ability to make professional choices between legal and non-legal solutions

Who should attend?

Housing Law covers a broad range of issues, including not only those relating to the relationship between landlord and tenant but also a range of other issues overlapping with other areas of law. If you are looking to get an understanding of this area then this online training course is for you.

Michael is a very well established chartered housing professional with a range of expertise, including housing management.

His housing experience includes operational and strategic roles, consultancy and training. He receives consistently positive feedback for his training, described as relaxed and conversational yet highly professional.

His qualifications include the Professional Qualification in Housing and a Masters Degree with Distinction in Housing Studies.
