What will I learn?
From this training, you'll learn:
- The who’s who of the Irish social and affordable housing sector including approved housing bodies, The Land Development Agency, Department of Housing, The Housing Agency, Housing Finance Agency, local authorities, tenant groups, Housing Alliance and the Irish Council of Social Housing.
- How social and affordable housing is funded – CALF, payment and availability agreements, CREL, CAS, CLSS, private finance and rents
- Key milestones in the development of the sector
- Where the sector is going in the future.
