Michael Guest is a very well-established Chartered Housing Professional and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH), with extensive expertise across the housing sector. He is much sought after as a consultant and trainer. As well as the professional diploma in Housing, Michael holds a master’s degree (Distinction) in Housing Studies, a master’s degree (Merit) in Leadership and Management, and a postgraduate certificate (Distinction) in Corporate Governance.
Michael’s expertise in housing tenure extends to the implications of the Renters’ Rights Act for social housing providers and proposals for wider tenancy reform within the social housing sector in England. His work supports organisations in understanding both actual and potential changes, assessing their consequences, and identifying the preparations that may be required in response.
